Answer: The clock speed, power consumption, & the price are the main differences between TUF and ROG Strix. The ROG Strix has a clock speed of 1845 MHZ at boost performance compared to the TUF which is 1785 MHZ at boost performance. The ROG STRIX has 3 - 8 pin power outlets & the TUF has 2 - 8 pin power outlets. One could overclock the Asus TUF card and get the same clock speeds that the Asus ROG STRIX has or even more for less money. -

Answer: It depends on the motherboard you have. If you have an AMD motherboard that supports an AMD 5000 series CPU, we recommend the RX 6800 XT as AMD has made the CPU to work efficiently with an AMD Graphics card with Resizable Bar feature. If you have an Intel motherboard from 10 gen, 11 gen, or 12 gen, we recommend the RTX 3070 or the RTX 3070 Ti as they work well with Intel motherboards. You could also activate intel's Resizable Bar for the RTX 3070. -
