  • Question: Is the watch compatible with Bluetooth 5.0?

    Answer: Yes, it is compatible with smartphones having Bluetooth 5.0.
  • Question: What is the battery life of the watch?

    Answer: The battery life is up to 7 days with normal use and 15 days standby time.
  • Question: What is the water resistance depth of the watch?

    Answer: The watch has a water resistance depth of 50.0 meters (5 ATM).
  • Question: Anyone having trouble with the app itself? It was working fine until a couple of days ago and now I can't open it. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

    Answer: No trouble with app. But…the step count is definitely off. I’m losing a couple of thousand steps a day.
  • Question: Does it have a torch/flashlight?

    Answer: No
  • Question: Does it show blood pressure?

    Answer: Yes, go through the apps on the watch and when you reach the blood pressure app, hold it down for a few seconds and it will work out the correct reading for your blood pressure.
  • Question: How do you turn it on?!

    Answer: Needed to be charged first, but then it turned on just by touching and holding the screen.
  • Question: Can you turn off the heart monitoring?

    Answer: All the apps on your watch regarding your health and fitness are at zero until you press the app down for a few seconds till it activates a reading. Same with notifications, the app on your phone will not send any unless you request them to be sent.
  • Question: Is anyone else finding it impossible to install alternative watch faces?

    Answer: No, I haven't had an issue.
  • Question: Why is the black strap more expensive than the other colors?

    Answer: Because the pink and blue can get dirty quickly.
  • Question: What is the height of the watch face lug to lug? I have very small wrists and the diagonal measurement gives me no idea if this would fit.

    Answer: It’s about 42cm, quite long but fine for my wife’s wrist.
  • Question: Do I need to set a goal for walking every time I walk? Can this be put on walking mode without a goal?

    Answer: No, you don’t need to set a goal. You just walk and the watch will count your steps. It will vibrate when you reach 5,000 and also when you reach 10,000. It is up to you to keep an eye on how many steps you do. Also, if synchronized to a smartphone, you can look at any differences in blood pressure, oxygen levels, and heart beats per minute over a period of time. You can set the watch for running, cycling, and other activities, but I have not gone down that route.
  • Question: I am not receiving SMS on my watch. Emails and calls are coming through fine. I have reset the watch and the app, any ideas?

    Answer: Use the app from the instructions, not the one from the box as this is a scam! Apart from that, just use the watch as a very accurate fitness tracker.
