Answer: If your dog is a chewer or destuffer, then I'd give this one a miss. My 1-year-old beagle loves carrying it around while he runs and gets excited when it moves. He's not a gentle player either and he's on the larger size of the breed. If supervised, I think this is suitable for dogs. However, I do take the toy away from him if he's getting too heavy-handed with the toy. I once heard a small crunch, but he was fine, and the fish still works fine!
