    Answer: We have the same problem. Our Xbox One controller has a 3.5 mm jack, but the Xbox isn't recognizing this headset when we plug it in.

    Answer: At the back of the controller is a round hole on the left. Plug it in and make sure it’s properly inserted. Don’t use the extra wire.

    Answer: Are you referring to using the mic? I don't know, but my daughter uses a set with her PC, with some sort of Y piece that was in the box, where the headset plugs into it and the two ends plug into headphone and mic sockets. I would think headphone and mic sockets are standard between Apple and Microsoft.
  • Question: Will these play the sounds from the TV so that I can mute the TV and still hear the sounds through the headset?

    Answer: When the headphones are connected with the TV, you can only hear the sound through the headset.
  • Question: Will these work with iPads as well?

    Answer: Yes.
  • Question: Does this work with Xbox One S?

    Answer: If your controller has the 3.5 mm jack, you don't need an adapter. Plugs right in.
