- Shui Jin Gui Oolong tea from Wuyishan is one of the four famous tea varieties of Wuyi Oolong rock tea and is therefore one of the original Oolong teas from China.
- Traditional rock oolong tea from the mountains of Wuyi. Very aromatic oolong tea with spice aromas and creamy taste. Awarded as "Best Quality" at Wuyi Shan Regional Harvest Competition.
- The leaves of the Shui Jin Gui are Oolong typically rolled and give an amber infusion. The tea smells creamy and aromatic spicy with aromas of dried plums, roasted malt and milk cream.
- The taste of Shui Jin Gui Oolong tea is very mild and full-bodied. The tea has no bitterness but rather a slightly sweet taste reminiscent of caramel and is noticeable for a long time in the aftertaste. In addition, there are subtle roasted aromas, which give the tea a pleasantly warming profile.
