The craftsmanship of the skid plates is top-notch, and they are built to last. However, several customers have reported issues with the incorrect thread pitch of the nylon lock nuts that come with the kit, as well as mismatching threads on some of the bolts. Some customers have also reported problems with the fit of the skid plates on their Jeep JL, with holes not lining up correctly and the need for cutting or grinding to make them work. Despite these issues, the seller has been praised for their efforts to resolve these problems with Rancho, the manufacturer.
