The remote control is simple and easy to navigate, which is perfect for seniors who are not comfortable with a lot of buttons. The USB ports on the side are a welcome bonus. There are mixed reviews about the comfort of the Mcombo Power Lift Chair, and it may not hold up well. The headrest may feel uncomfortable as the reviewer finds it poking their back. The remote control needs improvement as it is not attached, and it falls on the floor hard to retrieve for a handicapped person.
