Answer: I suggest reading the description of the material. It has been so long since I purchased and used this material. That's what I recall doing. I read everything. And if you like reading, then you can really learn a lot about the product. I hope this helps :) -

Is this solid black ? I don’t want green or blue lines on it
Answer: Solid black, no lines -

Is it really permeable to water? We just tested the one we received and it does not seem to allow water to flow through?
Answer: I have used (2) large rolls of the weed barrier in both a front and rear yard with gravel over the top. I have not seen any problems with water run off. You do need to be careful when rolling a wheelbarrow over the cloth and swiveling to dump it. It will tear the barrier. I used a piece of plywood as protection for dumping. -

Can this be used to warm up the soil?
Answer: This product has two layers and it is suitable for the clod area. It is hard to say warm up the soil -

Can this be used on my greenhouse floor or is it not strong enough to be constantly walked on?
Answer: This is a very strong fabric! I have never seen it used in a greenhouse particularly on the floor; however, go for it you won’t know until you try it! Good luck to you! -

Weed barrier for a 10 acre Rv storage parking lot. There will be rocks over the fabric. What would you suggest?
Answer: This fabric won’t work, weeds will come out in a while. In other hand you should use PAVERBASE 20.04 in. x 36 in. Black Brock Paver Base Pan -

I can see your answer about fabric being made of polypropylene, but is it petroleum or bio-based polypropylene?
Answer: It's bio-based polypropylene. -

Which side goes up and which goes down?
Answer: It didn't seem to matter for me, but I think I put the side with the writing down to the ground and the fuzzier solid black side towards the sky. It's been working well for me that way. -

Is this good/thick enough to use as 'flooring' for a greenhouse/hoophouse?
Answer: It is very thick but it does not let water through. 24 hours later, the water was still setting on it. I returned my purchase -
Question:
How long will it last if left uncovered and exposed to New Jersey sun
Answer: Almost about 3-5 years :)
