- The Revive light bulb provides 50,000 hours of flicker-free 670nm red-light to optimize sleep quality and improve daytime mental and physical performance. A standard A19 lightbulb size with an E26 base fits in most common household lamps. The Revive bulb can be turned on for an hour before sleep or left on overnight. For best results other light sources should be turned off while using Revive. Red light does not disturb the natural circadian rhythm in the ways that other light wavelengths do. Typical light includes blue wavelengths that prohibit melatonin production, the body's natural sleep inducer.
