This 200 mil 50 sqft car heat sound insulation mat is a decent deadener that does a good job of dampening and reducing vibrations on panels. However, the adhesive is not very sticky and it can be hard to get it to adhere correctly to some surfaces. Some customers had issues with parts lifting even after using quite a bit of force when rolling it over multiple times. It also squashes a lot under the rolling process, reducing its thickness and effectiveness. The insulation mat seems to stick better to plastic trim pieces than metal. While some customers noticed that the insulation worked by reducing the outside noise on their vehicles, others were disappointed by its poor adhesion and thought it could have been better for the price. Overall, if you're looking for an insulation mat to reduce noise and vibrations on your vehicle, this product can do the job but it seems to need a better adhesive.
