The mattress features smart adapt hybrid foam and coil system that provides temperature regulation, pressure relief and adequate support. Despite some minor faults in delivery, there were largely positive feedbacks especially from buyers who purchased the bed for the first time. However, some users did not find the mattress fitting for heavier bodies, after a while it began to sag and caused permanent slope. Some other users also found the mattress to be not worth its price, citing visible defects such as loose strings and ripped covering.
