You can easily preset the dispenser to cut a precise length of tape, ranging from 0.2 to 39 inches (5 to 999 mm), accommodating tape widths of 0.24 to 2.4 inches (6 to 60 mm). The maximum outside diameter of the tape roll it can handle is 11.9 inches (300 mm).
With its memory function, you can program up to 6 different lengths, allowing for quick and efficient dispensing. The machine can accommodate 1 or 2 rolls of tape, providing even more convenience and flexibility. The ASG TD-100 offers two dispensing modes.
The Pre-Set mode allows you to cut a pre-selected number of pieces, after which the machine will stop and an alarm will sound, indicating completion. The Loop mode enables continuous cutting and dispensing up to a specific number. Equipped with an LED counter, this tape dispenser keeps track of the number of cuts, ensuring accurate inventory management. It is capable of cutting a wide variety of adhesive and non-adhesive materials, including filament tape, strong tape, acetate cloth tape, glass cloth tape, Nomex tape, Prestick, cellophane tape, craft tape, masking tape, plastic tape, and more.
