The lock can be controlled directly from an app on your phone or through other third-party smart home platforms like Hubitat Elevation and HomeKit. Additionally, the lock can be connected to a ring doorbell system and managed through WiFi. Users can remotely add or delete codes/pins through the SmartThings Classic Application. The deadbolt comes with an auto-relock option that can be customized. The lock can be controlled through Alexa when used alongside SmartThings or Wink hub. The deadbolt is less impressive when it comes to its warranty, with several complaints about the lock stopping to work correctly after a few months.
