The keyboard can only press signals when one key is pressed. The switch of the keypad can change by your willing. For turning off the RGB completely one can press Fn+2 to dim the lights until the main key area lights are turned off, and also press Fn+0 to switch the light mode around the keyboard until it switches to light off mode.
