The product is efficient and works exceptionally well. The only issue some customers faced was with its slow boiling time, taking up to 16 minutes. The handle gets hot if left boiling for too long. However, it is still an attractive and elegant addition to any kitchen's countertop. There were also a few defects and scratches noticed, but they did not deter from the product's overall quality.
