The Kuranda Replacement Fabric in Medium size with vinyl material and burgundy colour is a great product, however, there have been some concerns raised by customers. One customer received the wrong size replacement mat and was unable to get a refund because of the 30-day return policy. Another customer's dog stopped using the bed after they replaced the original fabric with the vinyl material, which they found to be too hot and rubber-like. Despite this, they still recommend the bed as the original fabric withstood scratching and wear and tear. One customer noted that the product may not be suitable for dogs who dig through materials.
