The TV can be stopped at any height/side position with the remote control, making it perfect for those who want to position the TV at a specific point. It's 26" from the top of the mount to the bottom of the bracket, and it is not specified how small a TV should be to fit correctly. The mount can handle any size TV. The customer support is helpful and responsive. The mount is installable on a brick fireplace but is heavy and requires two people to install. The motorised mechanism moves slowly, but that is not a problem since it can support up to 70lbs. The fully raised mount is about 6-7" off the wall and protrudes 18" from the wall when completely lowered. Tilt is possible only when lowered, with the TV remaining angled down a few degrees, which cannot be changed in any position. It also has a swivel angle of 25 degrees and a 3-degree rotation, with swivel functionality increasing as the mount is extended. However, it takes time to raise the TV from the lowest position.
