Answer: It is only a one-sided fuse, so if you are thinking of adhering a picture onto a base it will not work. Your best bet is to transfer the picture onto fabric and sew the quilt up. This product is commonly used as interfacing in bow ties and dog collars. If you want something that is fusible on both sides, try Wonderunder.

The Pellon Craft-Fuse Fusible Interfacing is a fast and easy-to-use nonwoven, fusible fabric backing that adds strength and body. It is great for home decor projects, apparel accessories, and children's toys. The interfacing is fusible on one side and is excellent for lining tote bags or projects that require the interfacing to fuse to the fabric. It is not stretchy and has a rougher side that is the fusible side. It can be used for a T-shirt quilt, but the light weight fusible is recommended as anything heavier will be too heavy. However, it might be too thick and stiff for placemats. The 808 version of the interfacing is softer than the 809, which offers stronger support for purses-making. This interfacing is non-woven and is machine washable. While some customers had issues with the thickness and fusing quality of the product, others found it great for their projects.
