Once assembled, some buyers experienced low water pressure, and the ends of its upper middle pipe began to dry out. Others complained that it had a short lifespan, which provided disappointing results, despite using organic nutrients and changing the water regularly. Pump issues worsened due to the low water pressure. In contrast, a few users liked its design, stating that the return hose being outside the unit was admirable.
