However, the instruction manual that comes with it is reported to be for a model with a laser, which this machine doesn't come with. Customer support has also been reported to be unhelpful, with some customers claiming to have received no response at all. Some have also criticised the quality of the materials used in its Construction stating that the clear acrylic is actually hazy polycarbonate, while others have said that the machine is cheaply made, resulting in missing screws.
