Answer: The ingredients are on the side of the bottle. Vitiman A 5000 IU, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vit B6, Folic Acid, B12, Botin, Pantothenic Acid, MSM, DMAE, Horse Tail, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Grape Seed extract. It says it does contain Soy. Try Wellgeix website. Wellgeixhealth.com. I am sure you can get the ingredients there too. I have been using for about 3 to 4 years. It has even brought my hair back from being thinned out by RA meds. Hope this helps. -

My expiration date says 2018 but I have recently seen white particles on the capsules and was wondering if it was normal.
Answer: I haven't used these capsules for two years but I do not recall any white particles present. To be on the safe side, I would either return them for another bottle or have them checked perhaps by someone knowledgeable with the capsules, especially since they are a bit pricey in my opinion. I used them specifically for nail growth/strength but they did not improve in my case. However, my medications may have accounted for this but cannot say for sure. -

What is the difference between the 90 day supply Purvana, and the box of softgels? Because I observed more visible results in the box?
Answer: The 90 day supply has identical soft gels to the box - the difference is the quantity. The MAX though is twice the strength (5000 mcg vs 2500 mcg) and you should notice a difference between those. ~ Hope this helps and have an amazing day -
