The TotGuard Electric Bike is a sturdy electric bicycle that can handle rough roads and steep inclines with ease. The battery lasts for a long time and is rechargeable while the pedal-assisted motor can reach speeds of up to 19.8mph. The bike features 21 different speed levels which can be controlled from the handlebar, and is easy to assemble. However, there is no available assembly video. The mechanical disc brakes work great but may require adjustments, for which there is also no available video. The battery cannot be easily removed for charging and there is no way to know when it is fully charged. Extra batteries are also not readily available from the seller. The bike's light can be turned on with a button on the left handlebar. The seat is uncomfortable for some users, but the bike is "lightweight" compared to other e-bikes. Some users report that the chain will pop out if the bike is started in a high gear. A review also mentions a warning about unsafe EMF radiation levels from the bike's motor and battery.
