The wheels make the ride smoother than a hard rubber tire, and it can be used almost anywhere, including hardwood floors, concrete, asphalt, and hair-thin carpet. The scooter comes with a cushioned, non-slip rubber on the handlebars, and its seat adjusts in height. The seat is cushioned, but it needs a cushioned pad that goes over top of the seat to make it very soft. The brake lock on the brake grip works well, and it has an easy-to-use brake lock with each brake grip. The tie rods are excellent, and they have a "stopper" on the front axle assembly to prevent the scooter from overturning or tipping.
