Answer: I believe the banjo shown is an incorrect representation of the product. Mine has 19 frets as described. Great little banjo! -

Is it tuned gdae?
Answer: Can be tuned several different ways. The standard tuning is C-G-D-A, but the Irish Tenor Banjo is tuned G-D-A-E. I use mine as a plectrum banjo strung C-G-B-D.
