The pot is versatile and can be used for different purposes such as making tea, steeping tea bags, cooking veggies, making soup, warming milk, and making hot chocolate. Customers appreciate its good quality, good price, and small size that makes it easy to store in tight spaces. The pot is easy to clean, but the ceramic attachment came off for one customer while washing it. Another customer finds it disappointing that the measurements inside the pot fades after using bar keepers friend to keep it looking new.
