It comes with battery clamps but does not include a cigarette lighter plug or plastic case. The switch needs to be manually pushed with your thumb. It is not an Ammeter so you cannot read dc amp with this tool. However, you can look up YouTube videos on how to use a power probe to find parasitic loads/draws.
