Answer: Not TOTALLY organic, tho the coconut flour used is organic. Non-GMO? If the package doesn't claim it, then it is not....and the package does not claim it. The picture offered in the item description contains all the verified information. -

Answer: Expiration: 07/18/23, purchased on: 10/04/22. I would think you could keep it longer by freezing it. -

Answer: Birch Benders is much lower net carb than Swerve. Birch Benders is 5g net carbs versus Swerve at 11g net Carb
