Answer: The KB's that I purchased from varying sources have much the same grip diameter 10 to 60 lb range...The 5 lb is slightly smaller. -

I have very small hands. I need a 30 lb bell w a smaller grip diameter. How's the handle on this one?
Answer: I have several differend brands and it appears the grip diameter is pretty much standard. -

Is the handle wide enough for two hands?
Answer: I use it with two hands quite often, but it is a little cramped. I have medium sized hands for a woman and my hands are right up to the edge where the handle starts to curve around, but it's not uncomfortable. Hope that helps! -

Answer: I'm not sure but think the handles would rust. -

Answer: I believe so, I gives set by instructions of some great kettlebell workouts. -

Are the handles soft or rough? Do they leave calluses on your hands?
Answer: Peter, the handles on these kettlebells are smooth. They have a glossy coating that makes them smoother than most other kettlebells. Will they leave calluses on your hands? It depends on how much your using the kettlebell! The more contact your hands have with any hard surface calluses will eventually form to protect against blisters. -

Does this product contain latex?
Answer: Best to check with the manufacturer, but vinyl dip is made from polyvinyl chloride and plasticizers, which do not contain any latex. -
Question:
How will I know if it will fit?
Answer: Not sure what you mean by this. You don’t wear this. You insert your hand in that hole and lift it or swing it. The lighter the weight, the smaller the hand hold becomes out of necessity. It’s better to use heavier bells than lighter ones. I have a couple of pretty light ones, though - 4 lbs being the lightest - and my hand, a women’s medium, fits. It’s easier to hurt yourself using a lighter weight, as it doesn’t pay the same attention to gravity as a heavier one does. -

Answer: The GoFit kettlebell weights are measured & labeled in pounds (Imperial system) not kilos. -

What is the inside dimension of the handle?
Answer: The opening below the handle grip is approximately 4 inches wide by 2 inches high or deep. Hope that makes sense!
