Despite not knowing the exact weight capacity, customers have reported hanging multiple coats and accessories on it without any issues. However, it is recommended to evenly distribute the weight to ensure proper balance and stability. One common complaint from customers is that the coat rack may be wobbly or uneven. As for outdoor use, it is advised not to use the coat rack outdoors as it may rust over time. It is best suited for indoor use, specifically at the front door.
