The power rack can hold weight ranging from 225 to 365 pounds, making it suitable for a variety of exercises. The dimensions of the assembled rack are 46" L x 48.5" W x 87.25" H, providing ample space for movement inside the cage. The power rack comes with a complete attachment for pulleys and cables, allowing for a wide range of exercises. However, it does not come with a straight bar or hook. The unit sticks out 12" from the power rack, requiring an additional 19" of space if using standard 45lb plates. While the unit does not affect foot space, the cables may be in the way for squats. This can be solved by using Velcro bands to keep the cables away from the face. Assembly of the power rack may be a bit challenging due to unclear instructions and difficulty in identifying the correct hardware for each part. Additionally, the rack may have minor dents and missing rubber foot caps and weight racks, although these do not significantly affect its performance.
