The blade is made of AUS-8 steel, which holds an edge well and is easy to maintain. The knife also features an automated liner safety and a non-glare black finish on the steel handle. It comes with a 4-position pocket clip for easy carrying. The knife is solidly built, sturdy and sharp. However, some users found it rather heavy and not as sharp as other knives they carry. Despite its weight, this knife is perfect for those looking for a larger everyday carry knife. It features a glass breaker and seat belt cutter which makes it a handy tool in emergency situations. The flipper mechanism and safety lock adds an extra layer of safety. However, the seat belt cutter protrudes and can shred pockets, this is a slight design flaw.
