They come with no instructions and no explanation on how they work, though they are adjustable to fit different sizes of babies. These diapers are super absorbent and work great as a diaper cover but not overnight as the baby may wake up soaked in urine. They come in different patterns and are very cute. They are also comfortable for the baby. However, customers have experienced leaks, especially at the bottom of the diaper, even after trying different methods like double-pads, and extensively following washing instructions.
