Geological Compass Compasses SG_B00I4W95CK_US Editorial Review
The Harbin Geological Compass DQL-8 is a well-made geological compass that is a knock-off of the Brunton. It has a glass clear lens and a clinometer. It can be used for the northern hemisphere. The compass does not read mils, only 0-360 degrees in the navigational plane. It comes with a leather carrying case. The compass is accurate and functional, but there are some minor quality issues like a sticky needle damper button and a loose declination adjustment.
