Answer: They fit a regular twin bed. The sheets are just blue and do not have the print on them. The comforter and sham are a nice quality, but I thought the sheets were a little thin. -

Answer: If it's one size fits both, I would have to say it would be a bit small on a full. It fits my son's twin with a little extra hanging on each side, but not a lot.
