    Answer: Hello. We find that the 150 grit isn't one of those grits that is widely used when it comes to a diverse sanding market.

    Answer: Mirka Abranet abrasives can be used in a full range of applications, including all the ones you mentioned (raw wood, paint, varnish, lacquer), and will perform very well. For best results, and to keep dust to a minimum, it is recommended to use a dust extractor when using Abranet to keep your work and area clean, and you won’t breath any of the dust.
  • Question: Will these work on a Festool sander?

    Answer: They work on my Dewalt hook and loop sander very well. Used with a vacuum, it picks up more fine dust than with sandpaper.
  • Question: Are these 220 or p220?

    Answer: Hi they are 220 grit
  • Question: Do I need a secondary hook and loop pad between these sanding discs and the pad on my sander?

    Answer: You don't HAVE to use one but it saves the pad if you 'throw' a sanding disc. It also is nice for final sanding before putting the finish on. 90% of the time I use the extra pad.
