The Muck Block is a bacterial product that is designed for and useful in removing nutrients and sludge from natural and man-made ponds. The product helps in breaking down accumulated waste (muck) on the bottom of a pond. It is safe and non-toxic for fish, wildlife and livestock putting the safety of your pets to your peace of mind. Aeration is a positive thing for the growth of beneficial bacteria, enzymes and microbial life, but if the oxygen levels are very low, it may not live up to your expectations or may be less effective. However, the Muck Block may not be helpful for a swimming pool. Customers have been mixed in their feedback regarding the effectiveness of the product. While for some it has been a worthwhile investment that has made a major difference in their pond, others have been dissatisfied with the product's performance.
