It is rated for 40 lbs/panel max, making it suitable for hollow core or thin wood doors. However, if you have thick wood or solid core doors, you may want to check their website for their tri-roller series products. The kit does not come with a top guide roller since it is designed for folding doors. If you have a door opening of 6 feet, you will need to purchase the 72" model. The hardware comes in a kit for one door.
