Answer: I use this in combination with spray gel. This goes on first, basically on my ends, then spray gel everywhere else. I do have shoulder length and very curly hair. Will not stop the BIG that happens when the weather is humid, but it helps to tame it. -

Does it protect from hot tools?
Answer: I use a blow dryer and it seems to work. -

What’s the difference between this & the pudding?
Answer: Depending on hair texture, the pudding can still leave hair fizzy. With this product, I found that it tamed my daughter and I frizz a lot better.
