Question:
Where can I buy schwarzkopf colour mask champagne blonde or pearl blonde?
Answer: I always used pearl blonde mask best colour I found. I asked schwarzkopf and they have discontinued it and advised me to try light cool blonde. -
Question:
Do you recommend the cool blonde to lift brown hair to a nice blonde?
Answer: Not sure I can help with this - my hair used to be brown, but now it's mostly grey/white. This 10.2 colours all the hair very well, making me a nice ash blonde. It does last very well, and doesn't dry my hair out at all. If your hair is dark brown you will have to do a test swatch to see what the result is. -
Question:
Will the fact that my hair isn't natural affect the color if I have dark blonde hair?
Answer: I used it on my significant regrowth/roots for approx 35 mins and combed it through to the ends over colored hair for the final 10 minutes. Worked perfectly but my existing color was a very light blonde I must say. -

Is it permanent?
Answer: Yes, this is a permanent colorant. -
Question:
Does this light brown dye really appear lighter than other dyes?
Answer: Yes, this is a base 6 - light brown. However, if the hair has color on it currently, then this shade will appear darker than expected as color on top of previous color will just add to the depth. -
Question:
Does this cover grey hair?
Answer: Yes, it covered my lockdown grey roots. It's a permanent color that does not wash out. -
Question:
Will this dye lighten the ginger color underneath my dyed blonde hair?
Answer: Hello, unfortunately, this colorant is not recommended to be applied to previously lightened hair. Please contact our advisory service on 0800 328 9214 for further colorant advice. Thank you.
