The capsules are 18x5mm making them easy to swallow with cold water or milk. Although some customers enquired if these capsules could be used to make yoghurt, a customer representative stated that the product should be taken in capsule form. Additionally, it was suggested that these strains were not the best for making yoghurt. Some customers have reported positive results from using this product including an improvement in general health, digestive health, and reduced episodes of IBS. However, others reported no noticeable improvement in their health or that another cheaper brand worked better.
