ARTEZA Canvas Boards & Panels ARTZ-3966 Editorial Review
Arteza's 36x24 stretched canvas is good quality, sturdy and durable with a paint holding capacity. Charcoal pencil or stick is recommended for sketching on the canvas before painting. While the package dimensions are 1.3" thick, each canvas is about 5/8" thick. The canvas can accommodate sharpies and alcohol markers but not as good as smoother surfaces. However, pressing down hard in the center area may cause the canvas to stretch, imprint or dent. The customer reviews reflect mixed experiences of the product. The canvas arrived on time without damage, making it suitable for church classes and birthday parties. The perfect size for artworks but are cheaply constructed with corners slightly damaged and canvas a bit dirty, leaving an imprint if pressed down too hard. One canvas had a hole in it, while others were lighter and thinner than expected. Overall, it is good for beginners, practicing and learning but may not be the best choice for framed canvas artwork.
