Question:
Is this good for 2mm to 6mm beads?
Answer: I use this to string and knot mala with 6mm semi precious stone beads and I have not had a problem. However I do also string and knot pearls which have a much smaller drilled hole so I simply put a bead reamer on my dremel and inlarge the hole to fit the cord. You may have to do a little bead reaming with the 2mm beads depending on their hole size but the 6mm beads should fit perfectly fine. Hope this helps :-) -

Is this smaller than the #95 paracord?
Answer: I have never used paracord. If this is a Tex #, then the larger the #, the thicker the thread. Sewing thread is, I think, about a #60 or #70. Hope this helps. -

For those who used this cord for wind chimes, what is your experience with longevity? How did it react to the weather exposure over time?
Answer: Restrung my wind chimes back in the spring and thus far they are holding up fine through the fall. I live in the mid-Atlantic area and take mine in during the winter mainly to protect the chimes themselves. -

Can I get this in satin? I find nylon to be scratchy, although I do love all the colors.
