Answer: The glue is not very strong, so unless a hole is there they will slip down. Fabric is lighter then the plastic blinds these were intended for, so it might work. -

Answer: Yes, it comes with a bracket for valance on top of vertical. What do you wish to know? I have used 3 so far with great success. -

Answer: We have 3 different quantity sets. The size is the same. Each side is approximately 1 x 1 inch in size. -

Do I need a hole punch for verticals?
Answer: No, you don't need a hole punch. I used crazy glue, it was the only way I could get them to stay on.
