Answer: Was the hairpiece wet or dry? What shampoo did you use? Sometimes if you don’t get all of the shampoo out them use this it can weigh it down. Try rinsing the product out of the unit with cold water. Only use a few squirts and I mainly use this on the underneath and ends. Hope this helps. -
