  • Question: Can you angle it so the screen is facing you (driver) or is it stuck in the same position?

    Answer: No, It’s only has to be positioned as it is
  • Question: Do you have to have a case around your phone with the magnet placed in it for it to work? Or will it work with a phone with no case?

    Answer: The magnet is in the piece that attaches to the vent. It attracts to one of two pieces of metal, one which would go inside a case, the other attaches to the phone with adhesive. There is a warning to let you know that the adhesive is meant to be permanent.
  • Question: Wont magnets interrupt or destroy the phones internal hardware or battery?

    Answer: It shouldn't. Actually, magnets are used to trigger other features like Dot Screen on HTC M8 (which can be annoying). I haven't noticed any change in battery levels.
  • Question: How can you remove this MagGrip mount after it is mounted on the air vent as it is supposed to be "locking" on the vent tightly?

    Answer: I maneuver it a bit to get it grip tight onto the air vent, but it can be taken out without much effort. Taking it out is no problem at all. Putting it in you do need to find the best grip by trying it in different position, but it's still not much effort at all.
  • Question: Can I leave my case on when using the mount? Will the magnet go through it?

    Answer: If its a smooth case yes if it has ridges, then the magnet wont make connection to the mount.
  • Question: Can you put this on Toyota Prius air vent?

    Answer: It's going to basically fit 99.99% of all car air vents.
  • Question: Will this magnet work if my iphone 6 plus has otterbox cover?

    Answer: Y
  • Question: Will it work with an Iphone 6 plus?

    Answer: I have an iPhone 6 Plus so it works just fin
  • Question: Will this work with otter box defender case?

    Answer: Not strong enough to hold my iPhone6 plus with an otter box case - tried the metal behind the hardcase and also behind the rubber case - just too heavy.
  • Question: Has anyone experienced the mount falling out of their car vent, say when going over a bump in the road or something like that?

    Answer: Yes, the mount falls off of the car vent when I hit bumps. I have a Honda CRV. It's frustrating and dangerous as the phone and mount usually fall by my feet when I'm driving.
