Stretch, wrap, and tuck - this is all you have to do. The temperature range in which the SWAT-T is effective is impressive; it can work in temperatures as low as -65 degrees F. The only drawback, if any, is that it cannot be reused once opened, which is standard with most trauma devices. The packaging may seem pressurised, but it is normal, and the device should still be effective if pinhole vented.
