However, the recommended input voltage range is 11-14V AC. If the input voltage goes below 11V AC, the output voltage also drops below 12V DC accordingly. The power supply is not suitable for low resistance loads (near to Zero Ohm), and it's better to connect the load before powering it on to avoid no-load conditions. A user can purchase a 12VDC 10A product instead of wiring two converters in parallel since the output of the two cannot be wired in parallel. Customers have used this converter for various applications, such as replacing old AC lights with new DC lights, installation for LED light strips, transforming MLV Dimmer and 12VAC magnetic transformer, and connecting to existing DC landscape lighting.
