Answer: All soaps have lye. You cannot get around it. The ingrediants will not melt, without it. If you know of a soap without it. I would like to know of it -

Answer: This product does not have an exact expiration date. The shelf life of this product is 1-2 years. -

I bought a kojic acid & glutathione soap that smells truly awful. I want to try another type. How does this soap smell?
Answer: The smell is completely normal, and any item containing glutathione may share that distinct smell. You can tell the product is made with high potency glutathione because of the sulfur smell, glutathione is a sulfur donating molecule. -

will this soap make me two shades lighter?
Answer: It can lighten by itself, but for best results you would use it with an oral whitening formula with Glutathione. Also, you can add a whitening cream/lotion. -

Answer: That means October 2017 batch which is fresh until October 2020 - yes you can use it. -

I received the soap with a different label from the ad and also from the Relumins website, can you tell me why?
Answer: I have no idea, the soap doesn't work anyways, just dry out the skin and makes your skin itch.
