If you are someone who wants a tabletop furnace for small work, and is on a budget, then this jewelry kiln is the one for you, especially if you are a hobbiest lampworker or a metal clay artist. With quick heating, it requires no rewiring and takes only around a minute to reach annealing temperature for glass. It's light, compact and can fit almost anywhere, so storage is not an issue. It comes with a standard US 110V outlet and is easy to use. However, if you have larger pieces of work, this kiln won't be suitable as the interior of this unit is only 6 inches wide and tall, and 5 inches deep. So, please be sure that it fits your requirements before buying. The exterior of the unit tends to get exceedingly hot, so you need to use thick gloves to prevent burns. Moreover, it has no QoL lampworking features, this unit is not suitable for wax burnouts, and does not have a vent hole for burnout ventilation, so you may have to drill a hole yourself. It is not designed well and some users have reported their kiln breaking down early on or being difficult to repair due to the lack of available parts.
