Although the polyester mesh is subject to punctures by sharp objects, the flag is washable and can be hand washed with a light amount of soap, but cannot be put in the dryer. The flag pole kit comes with three poles, the base pole being 1.125 inches in diameter, the second pole that fits into the base pole is 1 inch in diameter, and the third pole is 0.875 inches. The thin aerial pole sits on top of these. The pole will move in the direction of the wind. The entire kit weighs approximately 4 lbs, so it can easily be mounted to various locations. The ground spike is unable to be hammered into concrete, but it can be drilled into a hole first, and then the ground spike can be slotted in. Unfortunately, the flexible aerial end piece is not available for purchase separately. This product cannot be customized, but the pre-printed vibrant colors and large size make the sign highly visible and eye-catching to passersby.
